Words that heal
When words were first coined, they must have come from an emotional space. The reverse is also true. We can therefore use words to take us to the place they came from. Words are used as vehicles to transport us to the realm from where they originated. The word peace, if repeated, will take you to a peaceful state of mind since it came from that state. The word stress, if used often, will cause more stress. The easiest way to uplift our mood is by repeating mood uplifting words. They must be repeated on a daily basis till they take root. Once anchored, they will immediately take us to a benign space. They must be repeated at the right speed and tone that is appropriate for the word. The number of times you repeat is not important but the way in which you say it is. Choose the ones that resonate the most with you and those that are needed at this point in your life.
